Ants always stick together and do everything together in season and out of season. They collect food during the summer for the winter. Ants are not sluggards insects but hard workers.
Proverbs 6: 6 says Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise!
Marriages can learn something from the ants.
⦁ Ants are hard workers. Marriage is hard work; it is demanding, dedicated, and with an unbreakable commitment. Couples have to do their best to keep up their marriage; couples have to be patient and forgive one another after a conflict.
⦁ Ants have a can-do attitude. Couples indeed need such a mentality that they can do it together, even during trials.
⦁ Ants are self-motivation; they have the mindset of getting things done together. They do not have or make any excuses because they know what they are doing. Couples also know what God expects from them, and they have the Word of God and the Holy Spirit to guide them.
⦁ Ants do not even have someone to tell them what to do; they do not have a boss, but they know. They work together to prepare for their future, and that is how perfect God made them with God’s instinct.
⦁ Lastly, ants care for one another; marriage couple has to watch well behind one another’s back.
